After unloading Donny van de Beek and Sergio Reguilon, Manchester United may go to the transfer market this month for new reinforcements. Jadon Sancho may be the next to depart.

With the confirmation of his minority ownership, a new era has begun at Old Trafford, and Sir Jim Ratcliffe is not wasting any time in organizing Manchester United’s football operations.

Sergio Reguilon has already returned to Tottenham, while Donny van de Beek has already left on loan. Additionally, Hannibal Mejbri, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, and Victor Lindelof have signed new contracts; discussions regarding possible extensions with Raphael Varane and Anthony Martial are ongoing.

Erik ten Hag needs new players, but there’s no indication that Jadon Sancho, a player who could leave soon, is the next to go while talks over a loan agreement with Borussia Dortmund rage on. That being said, there is a lot of speculation circulating about the Theatre of Dreams, so the rumor mill is really cranking.

Spurs’ return of Reguilon leaves United with a little deficit at left back, as Tyrell Malacia and Luke Shaw are also dealing with injuries this year. With Malacia getting closer to taking action again, Reguilon became surplus to requirements.

Ten Hag, however, is drawn to Sessegnon because of his versatility in playing both left-back and in a more advanced role on the flank. Ten Hag may make a move for the 23-year-old to help fill the Sancho-shaped vacuum.
