According to the listing agent, Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman, artist Lil Wayne just sold his beachfront property in Miami Beach, Florida, for $22.583 million.

According to property records, the rapper, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., paid $16.75 million for the contemporary mansion in 2018. He listed it for sale in September for $29.5 million, but later reduced the price to $28 million.

Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., better known as Lil Wayne, is an American rapper.

Mr. Matz, the person who brokered the purchase, refused to identify the identity of the buyer.

It was immediately unsuccessful in contacting Mr. Carter for comment.

The property has approximately 110 feet of sea frontage and a dock and is located on Allison Island, a 35-acre island in Biscayne Bay. According to Mr. Matz, the home was built in 2017 and has around 10,600 square feet of space spread among seven bedrooms. There is also a home theater with suede wall coverings and a mahogany-paneled foyer. Sliding glass doors lead to the garden, which has a large pool.

The modern residence measures roughly 10,600 square feet.

According to Mr. Matz, the property is around 0.5 acres in size, is one of the largest on the island, and faces west, affording a view of La Gorce Island. He asserted that the lot is a serious contender for the title of “the best lot” on Allison Island due to its size and location.

The ceilings are 22 feet tall.

In general, he indicated that buyers are less hurried than they were the previous year, but the market is still active with limited availability. “Properties that are priced correctly and in the right locations are selling,” he went on to say. “People are buying.”
