Kylian Mbappe has explained why he won’t be signing a contract with Arsenal next season after a fan invited him to join Emirates Stadium.

Kylian Mbappe will leave PSG at the end of this season, with his next destination believed to be Real Madrid. Recently, a young fan invited Mbappe to join Arsenal instead of Real Madrid. However, the French player outright rejected the idea of moving to London, citing the weather as the reason.

In a video posted on social media, a young fan invited Mbappe to Come to Arsenal. The French forward jokingly responded, “No, no.”

The young boy then asked Mbappe why he had not joined Arsenal. The PSG superstar replied, “It’s too cold there.”

Mbappe’s future at PSG was decided last month when he informed the club and his teammates that he would be leaving in the summer. Real Madrid is almost certain to be the next destination for Mbappe.

Since Mbappe announced his departure, PSG has been targeting several European stars. Players linked to the French club include Rafael Leao, Luis Diaz, Marcus Rashford, and Victor Osimhen.

Mbappe continues to play a crucial role for PSG this season. In 36 appearances across all competitions, he has contributed 35 goals and 7 assists. As a result, PSG is close to winning the Ligue 1 title and has reached the quarter-finals of the Champions League. Their chances of reaching the final are promising as they are in a relatively easier bracket.
