Sam Mitchell thinks Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown are the best forwards in the NBA

This season, the Boston Celtics have emerged as the NBA’s best team. Boston leads the league with a 57-15 record, thanks in large part to All-Stars Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown’s outstanding performances. While Jrue Holiday, Derrick White, and Kristaps Porzingis have all had excellent outings, it is Tatum and Brown who have truly stood out.

According to former NBA Coach of the Year and current league commentator Sam Mitchell, the Celtics are poised to challenge for an NBA championship year in and year out thanks to the presence of their two excellent wingmen.

“I look at like that they’ve earned this. Yes, they’ve earned the right for us to talk about them and fawn all over them. Actually, they have not taken their foot off the gas yet,” he continued.

“We the game up, and we know that. We’re all adults and professionals, and we know we didn’t do the things necessary to win. That’s sometimes easier to fix when you know if you do the right things, and play the right way, the way you’re supposed to, you know usually what the outcome is going to be. So take it on the chin and get ready for Thursday,” Tatum said.

Celtics All-Stars Brown, Tatum to compete in 3-Point Contest

Despite all of the praise the Celtics are receiving from experts and commentators, it is evident that they still have certain areas to improve on.
