KYLIAN MBAPPE, who is preparing to join Real Madrid this summer, has reached his physical optimum.

In Ligue 1, the 25-year-old has matured from a child to an adult, progressing from Monaco to his current club, Paris Saint-Germain. 

In 2015, Mbappe made his Monaco debut as a slender 16-year-old.

In that year, he made his debut against Tottenham at the former White Hart Lane as a scrawny youth, prior to the supporters realizing what an icon he would later become.

Mbappe ascended to superstar status the following season when Monaco advanced to the Champions League semifinals.

A vintage photo published earlier this week captured 18-year-old Mbappe conversing with a reporter in April 2017, following his Champions League double against Borussia Dortmund.

In the photograph, the girl was seen donning a Monaco shirt, shorts, and sliders, and appeared to be an extremely emaciated adolescent.

Mbappe made a nаme for himself internationally that season by accumulating 26 goals across all competitions.

He subsequently transferred to PSG that summer, and his development has continued to progress in tandem with his physical maturation.

Goal reports that Mbappe consumes six meals daily.

They assert that he consumes poached eggs with avocado to begin the day.

He then consumes a protein bar followed by a salad-topped roll of tuna or chicken.

Mbappe consumes a protein shake complemented by fresh fruit for his fourth meal.

Brown rice accompanied by chicken or fish constitutes his fifth course.

Following that, he consumes a protein drink.

In the second half of this season, Mbappe’s playing time has gradually decreased as PSG manager Luis Enrique prepares for his impending departure.

Following a recent collision with Marseille in which he was caught, Mbappe was observed shaking his head and rolling his eyes.

Enrique expressed dissatisfaction with the response to his forward on Prime Video, stating, “Each week it’s the exact same music… It is absolutely tedious. As the superintendent, I am responsible for making daily and weekly decisions. 

“I intend to maintain this routine until my final day in Paris.” I consistently seek the most optimal resolution for my team. Regardless of your perspective on the decision, I am indifferent to it. “I could care less.”

Midway through PSG’s Champions League match against Barcelona in the week, Mbappe completed all 90 minutes of play but was unable to prevent a 3-2 loss for his side.

When his contract expires at the conclusion of the current campaign, it is anticipated that he will ultimately join Real Madrid.
