Antonio Rudiger has joked that he will’smаsh’ Kylian Mbappe if Real Madrid faces PSG in the Champions League final. The Real Madrid defender made the assertion before of the semi-finals, with both Real Madrid and PSG vying for a place at Wembley.

Rudiger will be aiming to assist Real Madrid defeat Bayern Munich, while Mbappe and PSG play another German opponent, Borussia Dortmund. Le Media Carre addressed the Real Madrid defense about the possibility of facing Mbappe at Wembley Stadium in the final on June 1.’If we play him in the final, we’ll beаt him,’ Rudiger said, before joking, ‘And if he dribbles by me, I’ll smаsh him.

The German international had received accolades for his play against Mbappe in the national team’s 2-0 victory over France during the international break.

Rudiger dismissed suggestions that Mbappe was ‘in his pocket’ as ‘disrespectful’.

Instead, the 31-year-old stated that Mbappe has the potential to become the best player in French history, while also expressing his support for the forward’s probable summer transfer to Real Madrid.

‘The best players in history have always come to Real Madrid,’ he explained.

‘He’s one of the world’s finest players, so it should be a terrific match.

When asked about Mbappe’s expected visit, Rudiger responded, “Who says he’s coming? It’s not official.”

Real Madrid almost had their man in 2022, with Mbappe making a late U-turn before signing a new contract with the Ligue 1 club. 

Mbappe informed PSG in February that he will leave the club when his contract expires this summer.
