It seemed obvious that Kylian Mbappe will join Real Madrid. The Paris Saint-Germain attacker is reportedly in talks with former colleague Sergio Ramos on a possible move to the Spanish city, according to a report published in the French weekly L’Équipe.
When Mbappe’s contract expires at the end of the current campaign, PSG has confirmed that he will be leaving the team. The captain of the French national team has denied having a deal in place to join Real Madrid. But it’s now only a matter of time for Mbappe to transfer to the Bernabeu, having rejected Los Blancos two years earlier.
Mbappe and Ramos, his former PSG colleague, have been in communication leading up to his arrival at the Bernabeu. Currently, the Real Madrid icon plays for Sevilla. After playing with Les Parisiens for two years, the 37-year-old defender left after his contract expired in the summer of last year.
These two elite athletes have been talking about everything Real Madrid has to offer; Ramos has even assisted Mbappe in seeking housing. Ramos own multiple houses in the Spanish capital, and as per L’Équipe, the Sevilla backman might part with some of them to Mbappe.
