Giannis Antetokounmpo, an NBA standout, is thriving off the court.
The two-time MVP of the Milwaukee Bucks just acquired two opulent holiday houses in his native Greece. The stylish and environmentally responsible Costa Navarino Residences are located in Messenia, in the southwest Peloponnese, and will be the player’s summer residence. The houses are located in one of the three residential areas on the property—the other two being Sea Dunes and Olive Grove—the upscale Rolling Greens enclave of Costa Navarino.
“I came here to Costa Navarino for one reason—because I know I can bring my family, Antetokoumpo said in a statement. “When I first came here in 2018, I liked that we could all be together. This is a place that can offer me what I felt as a child.’’

The three bedrooms are located on the first floor of each semi-detached, turnkey property. Highlights include an expansive pool, expansive views of the Ionian Sea, and an abundance of quiet outdoor spaces for relaxing, such as a courtyard with a grill area.
Furthermore, The Dunes golf course, one of the development’s four trademark 18-hole courses, is directly accessible to the sold-out Rolling Greens community. After completing its first phase, Costa Navarino Residences unveiled a new selection of rental villas. As the name implies, the program offers a variety of upscale residences that may be rented, allowing visitors to take advantage of all the amenities while living like homeowners. The available villas provide views of the golf course or the seaside and may sleep up to ten people.

Antetokounmpo, also known as the “Greek Freak,” currently owns a mansion in Wisconsin. According to Realtor.com, the pro athlete nabbed the home back in 2018 for a cool $1.8 million, two years after he signed a four-year, $100 million contract extension with the Bucks. Located in the affluent River Hills suburb, the estate has five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and roughly 10,000 square feet of living space. Fun fact, Antetokounmpo reportedly nabbed the pad from former Bucks player Mirza Teletovic. Before that, the place was owned by 2014 Rookie of the Year Michael Carter-Williams who was acquired by the Bucks in 2015 and then traded to the Chicago Bulls.
