However, the Spanish giants are prepared to make a move for Argentina’s World Cup winner next year.

According to reports in Argentina, Real Madrid has already made contact with Liverpool, but no definite offer has been received at Anfield.

And it is believed that the Spanish title winners and Champions League finalists consider Mac Allister as the guy to replace long-serving midfielders Luka Modric and Toni Kroos at the Bernabeu.

Real is now in negotiations with Modric about extending his stay in Madrid for another year.

Kroos is also in talks with Real, namely regarding a one-year deal that will keep him there until 2025.

He has been a major component of Jurgen Klopp’s new-look midfield, scoring four Premier League goals and providing five assists.

In addition to Mac Allister, Dominik Szoboszlai, Wataru Endo, and Ryan Gravenberch have played significant roles.
