Ex-Milwaukee Bucks Teammate Giannis Antetokounmpo Unfollows After Bucks’ Playoff Debut

Game 6 of the first-round playoff series between the Indiana Pacers and the Milwaukee Bucks ended on Thursday night with a score of 120–98 for the Pacers.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, the two-time MVP, missed the last nine games of the season and was unable to participate in the series because of an injury he suffered towards the end of the season.

Since Antetokounmpo was out with an injury last season as well, the Bucks have lost in the first round of the playoffs for back-to-back seasons.

The Bucks’ longtime fan favourite Brandon Jennings was unfollowed by Giannis Antetokounmpo on Friday, according to NBA Alerts, a league-wide social media monitoring service.

During the first four years of his career, Jennings played for the Bucks before Antetokounmpo was drafted.

He returned to the team for a second stint in 2017–18, although this time he was Antetokounmpo’s substitute teammate.

After his time with the Bucks ended, Jennings continued his NBA career with the Pistons, Knicks, Magic, and Wizards.

Antetokounmpo has played in eleven NBA seasons, all with the Milwaukee Bucks.
