Jayson Tatum and the Celtics threw out the first pitch in tonight’s Red Sox game at Fenway Park!
Just a few days after parading through Boston in a column of duck boats, the 2023-24 Boston Celtics resumed their championship tour at Fenway Park on Monday evening.
Ahead of the Red Sox’ home game against the Toronto Blue Jays, the majority of the Celtics’ players, as well as the team’s coaching staff, ownership group, and other prominent people, emerged from Boston’s dugout to be greeted with loud chants on the diamond.
Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown were the final players to take the pitch, with the Celtics’ two studs stepping out together to display the Larry O’Brien Trophy.

From Mazzulla’s trophy walk in the North End on Wednesday to Friday’s parade and Monday’s visit to Fenway Park, the Celtics are going all out on their title tour of Boston.
On Monday, the Celtics may have added to the Red Sox’s already good fortune. With the NBA champs watching from a suite high above home plate, Boston rallied from a 6-2 deficit in the seventh inning, scoring five unanswered runs to defeat Toronto 7-6 in a walkoff.
