Jayson Tatum, the finest player on the Boston Celtics, is known for making things difficult for his opponents, and it appears that he does the same with his son Deuce. Most NBA fans are familiar with Tatum’s five-year-old son, who routinely spends time in the locker room and attends Celtics games with his father. They may not be used to seeing Deuce knocked away his jump shot. Attendees at Tatum’s kids basketball camp at Chaminade College Preparatory School in St. Louis, Missouri, where he previously attended high school, got front-row seats to witness this.
Campers look on as Deuce prepares to take jump shot with father Jayson Tatum lurking behindAfter Tatum foiled his son’s shot in the same way that the Golden State Warriors thwarted Tatum’s prospects of winning the 2022 NBA Finals, many of the campers were seen laughing.
This offseason, the Celtics have made it a point to surround Tatum and his teammates, who helped them win the Eastern Conference Finals, with additional talent, including former Indian Pacers point guard Malcolm Brogdon and former Atlanta Hawks big man Danilo Gallinari.
“If I said no, what kind of competitor would I be?” When questioned about his team’s chances of winning the championship, Tatum said in an interview with NBC on Thursday.
