Mbappé’s mother wants to file a lawsuit against PSG for non-payment of bonuses

Fayza Lamari, not only a mother but a key figure in the life of Kylian Mbappé, recently spoke in an interview with Le Parisien, just a day after her son’s big reveаl as the new player for Real Madrid.

Unlike the striker, who remained silent on his departure from PSG during his press conference, Lamari openly discussed the player’s break with the Parisian club. She emphasized the ongoing negotiations aimed at resolving the contractual issues.

She expressed her concerns about Paris Saint-Germain’s inability to fulfill its financial obligations described in his recent contract renewal, signed two summers ago.

Lamari particularly mentioned the delayed payment of the last installment of a substantial renewal bonus of 180 million euros. She even mentioned a possible legal action if PSG did not quickly fulfill these commitments.

In her interview, Lamari not only emphasized the importance of respecting the agreements made, but also compared the player’s departure from PSG to a bad breakup.

She stressed that the financial aspect was crucial to maintaining trust and fairness in professional relationships. This development comes in the context of Mbappé’s highly publicized transfer to Madrid, marking an important transition in his career.

“What happened with PSG is comparable to a breakup. When we separate, we only think of the negаtive, but our role is not to look back but to give Kylian time so that he only remembers the positive side of this last year in Paris.

“Today, Kylian is in Madrid and we must thank not only Monaco but also PSG for that. It was PSG who trusted him at 18, by paying that amount… I think Kylian has rewarded them well,” she explained.

She added that at the moment, the parties involved are trying to find a common ground.
