Kylian Mbappé’s sixth signature model with Nike is a special edition Air Zoom Mercurial. Inspired by the Jordan 7 and Parisian afropop, this fifth iteration in the new Mercurial series marks a major turning point as the first player-specific variant of the revised form. Considered as a key player in Nike Football’s future, Mbappé benefits from this reputation and debuted his newest signature Air Zoom Mercurial edition. 

The boot has a strong red foundation matched by arresting gold accents that accentuate the branding. With additional “KM” emblems showing on the collar and conventional tongue area, the Swoosh logo notably features a minor “M” kink, a tribute to Mbappé. While the heel stands out in contrasting blue with bits of purple and scarlet, the instep features delicate Air branding.

Mbappé will wear the Superfly IX boot, while those who would want a more traditional collar-less fit could find a Vapor XV iteration also available. With hopes high for their debut in an upcoming Champions League game against Juventus, eyes are now on the PSG star as supporters fervently await views of these footwear during training sessions.
