Manchester United stars Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho have made a notable investment in Nala’s Baby, a company specializing in premium baby lotions. The brand, which focuses on specialized skin and hair care products for infants, is valued at £17 million and has attracted high-profile investors, including boxer Anthony Joshua.
Rashford, 26, is looking to expand the brand and diversify his investment portfolio, which already includes a £15 million real estate empire. His mother, Melanie, is also said to be a financial backer.
Sancho, 24, who launched his own investment firm in 2018, is eager to champion the brand. He expressed, “I’m thrilled to support a company that provides essential products for parents wanting the best for their children.”
Nala’s Baby will introduce its range of sensitive skin oils, body butters, and lotions to Sainsbury’s this week, following previous agreements with Ocado, Boots, and Tesco.
Founded in 2020 by British rapper Krept (Casyo Johnson) and former Instagram influencer Sasha Ellese Gilbert, Nala’s Baby was created to address the need for naturally-derived baby care products. Krept, 34, has shared that he personally uses the cream daily, and the initial product line was specially crafted for their daughter, who inspired the company’s name.
