Ayesha Curry recently faced backlash after trolls told her to put her 10-month-old, 30-pound son on a diet.

Despite this, she radiated pure love, happiness, and high spirits as she celebrated her son Canon’s first birthday with her husband, Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors.

The 30-year-old beauty took to social media to share a series of photos featuring her birthday boy, describing him as “compassionate, calm, and flirtatious.”

“Every day with our little squad is nothing short of bliss—chaotic, yes, but always bliss. This year has flown by, and I can’t wait to see what our little man will grow to be,” she wrote.

She continued, “Already he’s so compassionate, calm, flirtatious, STRONG, and oh so handsome. We just love our young wolf so much! Cheers to 1!!!! MY WHOLE HEART.”

The post showcased Ayesha in white overalls, sitting with her little man, who sported a shark ensemble. She also shared another photo of herself and her husband smothering their son with kisses.

“Our sweet baby boy is ONE today! I hope he lets us smother him like this forever.”

On his Instagram, Stephen shared a candid photo of their “young wolf,” Canon, and asked him to “forever keep the same energy.”

The couple also shared glimpses of their casual family celebration in their backyard, where baby shark plates were used as guests lined up for a potluck-style barbecue complete with burgers and a quiche.

The party followed Ayesha’s recent experience with trolls suggesting she put Canon on a diet after she revealed he weighed 30 pounds at 10 months. Sharing a sweet photo in the pool, one follower even asked if she was pregnant.
