Manchester United secured their second win of the 2024/25 Premier League season with a commanding 3-0 victory over Southampton on Saturday.
Despite Southampton’s strong performance early on and a crucial penalty miss by Cameron Archer, United capitalized after a key save by Andre Onana. United scored twice in quick succession and, with Southampton going down to ten men in the second half, the match became more comfortable for United. Southampton, despite showing some positive signs, have now lost all four of their matches since their return to the Premier League.
