FORMER Manchester United player Anthony Elanga has undergone a remarkable body transformation since joining Nottingham Forest. After scoring against West Ham on Sunday, he celebrated by removing his shirt, showcasing his impressive physique.
Reflecting on his time at Manchester United, Elanga was a lean teen, but he began to bulk up with the assistance of a private coach in 2021. His commitment to fitness became evident after recovering from a shoulder injury in January 2021, which included a rigorous rehab program featuring cryotherapy.

Now 21, Elanga unveiled a ripped body with a six-pack and well-defined muscles. His transformation has been significant, particularly following his dedicated summer training, focusing on explosive speed and jump height. This dedication paid off when he nearly set a world record with a 63-inch box jump last year.
Since moving to Forest, Elanga has thrived, contributing two goals and three assists in 12 matches, even outscoring all of United’s forwards combined. His impressive performances have not gone unnoticed, with former player Daniel Sturridge praising his “calm” finishing during a match at London Stadium. Elanga’s hard work in the gym has clearly paid off, as he continues to impress on the pitch.
